Did anyone see what Jenson Button was wearing today >>>

(well yesterday now) after he won the Turkish GP? We know he was sponsored by Seiko last year while with Honda and has an 'Ultimate' Kinetic chrono... but with the Brawn-Mercedes team now, I'm not sure if Seiko still sponsor him - they must be kicking themselves if they don't - has he won 6 out of 7 races so far this year? Anyway, today he was wearing an approx. 1.5" square watch after the race...

I have seen other drivers (not today) being presented with new watches by their sponsors just before they go out in public onto the podium - I don't think any are worn during the race. Although I didn't see this happen today, JB's watch was clearly seen (well OK, enough to see the shape). Got me stumped, I am unaware of any new watch sponsor he may have that could narrow it down - any suggestions? (and don't say TAG Monaco)

I have scoured his site and that of Brawn G.P. and there is no mention of a watch manufacturer, in fact they only have three or four sponsors at all, just at the moment... here is a pic I found of the watch worn in practice for today...

I mean the non-chronos are what, £5k ? or thereabouts last time I looked. That chrono is quite dressy in an art deco sort of way, but £200 000? Even if it's palladium plated kryptonite......

Thanks for the info Alex, I'm stunned......

...that the express article is about the same watch, it doesn't say exactly which one it's about. I also found pictures of him wearing a couple of other JLCs.

THe one I posted has a RRP of ONLY $15,250 on leather, or $16,050 on rubber (that's an expensive rubber band) see here:

I read somewhere that he had one of these:

Info: http://www.jaeger-lecoultre.com/ao/en/w ... xtreme-lab

Which is worth about $300,000!!!

I had just googled the model name and the first non-sponsored link was that Prestige Time one - spooky - amazing back on that world time one...
even a lottery winner won't stay rich long spending money on stuff like that! Now while wearing that one I definitely wouldn't do yard work but I might pay Emilia Fox to do it naked, while wearing an MM!
