I keep trying to contact Dreamcatchers but my emails keep coming back. How do I get a hold of them?

I cannot get this game to install. I keep getting a files 1 error. Something about a redundancy check. Can you help?

Hi,

I am not familiar with an error 1 message.  The following link is to The Adventure Company's Support Page for installation problems for this game.  Do you have either another CD/DVD-ROM Drive or another Computer that you can test the CD on?

You need to give an exact copy of the error message you are getting (word for word with all other symbols {commas, dots, quote marks, etc}and spaces in exactly the same place as they appear in the error message.  I will take a look at it as well as DreamCatcher if you like, but please send it to them.  I may not be able to find an answer. I do a google search of error messages.  Sometimes it helps and sometimes not.
