Bringing an old thread back from the dead, is there anyway to see this re-edit?  I am most curious

Thanks. Tried but winrar says "the file is broken" and I've tried all 3 versions.  Also can't even send you a reply message, every time I get that it is down but internet is working fine here otherwise

I thought this edit was a great improvement over the theatrical version, if still limited by the available material. I think a restoration that substitutes the missing footage with stills and explainatory cards/subtitles ala Greed would be an even bigger improvement. The DVD does have some stills to the deleted scenes, though their placement might be better explained in the script, since many of the stage directions in the Spanish version are different and the structure of some scenes changes because of it ("What have you to do with Dracula?"). There are some stills too, of Seward and Van Helsing in Carfax Abbey, though such scene doesn't appear in the Spanish version.

Kerry Gammill (aka Count Gamula) did a complete script reconstruction of the film with stills and intertitles. I haven't seen Kerry around lately, but he might respond to a personal message.
