I used the rollers and arms from Academy's Merkava 2 kit and the bra was scratch built.

I think Trackjam has plans for a Dozer and a Plow, but I agree, a set of rollers and a mount plate would be nice too!

Here's some shots,...

The first cuts on the hull.

[/IMG]

Removing the guide ring from the drive sprockets.

[/IMG]

My fine tuning calibration tool.

[/IMG]

The hull coming together.

[/IMG]

I used the sides from an old M-113 for the bra attachment.

[/IMG]

From Academy's Meck 2 mit mine rollers.

[/IMG]

The MEXAS armour installed on the turret. This was my attempt to scratch the cooler box on the left rear storage bin. Thankfully Milo from Real Models came to the rescue with his C2 MEXAS PE set!

[/IMG]

[/IMG]

The roller bra coming together.

[/IMG]

I used thinned out miliput fot the thermal blanket.

[/IMG]

Roller bra starting to take shape.

[/IMG]

Real Models PE installed on the hull.

[/IMG]

Got the MEXAS armoured installed on the hull.

[/IMG]

[/IMG]

This is what you get for resin in the Real Model C2 MEXAS set.

[/IMG]

The roller support arms attached. I basically used the Merk attachements with a whole lot of modifications such as installing the mount bolts and lotsa weld beads

[/IMG]

Small coat of primer on the turret.

[/IMG]

Morre turret work.

[/IMG]

[/IMG]

[/IMG]

[/IMG]

Making the thermal blanket for the hull.

[/IMG]

[/IMG]

[/IMG]

Rollers attached.

[/IMG]

[/IMG]

Base coat.

[/IMG]

Detail painting started.

[/IMG]

[/IMG]

Anti slip strips on the turret top.

[/IMG]

[/IMG]

And this is where it sits till I get home next week and start on the weathering!
