Great job by the way!

Hi Doug, It is Hammerite Rust Cap, a hammertone finish, and yes, the best possible match.
A company in RI distributes it.
And what about the Red Paint on the flywheel Gil?
It's Colonial Red and may be a rustoleum product. I will check when I get home to be sure.
Thanks Gil.

OK  IT IS NOT PHOTOBUCKET !!

I believe this because I just posted the same pictures on the Smokstak forum with no trouble at all.

What has this bleepin' tapatalk done to not accept my pictures..????

Edit: Here is the text to my post without the pictures.

I have been quite busy with this project.

I found the wires falling off one of the 3 heaters. It would not come loose even after penetrating oil was left on it for near a week. I tried heat and that didn't help much so as a last resort I used an impact wrench which promptly snapped off the nut part of it leaving the heater and most of the threads in the boiler. I had to drill it out. I also put some warm white vinegar and water into the boiler to get out the mineral deposits. Next I will need to get a 1/4" NPT tap to clean up the hole. No worries as there was still plenty of other work to do.

I took the firebox and chimney stand down to bare metal and painted them with 4 coats of black lacquer followed by 4 coats of clear lacquer. Some may call this sacrilege. However if I want or need to put it back to the original look, it will be easy to strip off the paint and use my copper spray paint in it's place.

Below are pictures of a mock up with the major components in their proper place. I even borrowed a governor from another project.

Enjoy,

Gil

See the pictures below?
I can't see them either.
They are most certainly not deleted or moved.

Well, I think Tapatalk has really done something now, I just tried to post them for you with my Flickr and got the same empty boxes as your photobucket ones...

Anyway, I read your text and wasn't sure how it was gonna look with the black firebox, but it looks amazing!!
