Identification needed

In a german steam group, someone named Nico bought this engine.
Nico, cant speak that good english and so I ask for him...
I presume it could be a DOLL, but maybe someone could say, what engine it is?

Märklin 4095/4, 1936-1955, most probably.
Re-painted.
Neither funnel nor burner original, IMHO.
I am not quite sure about the flywheel...

Chimney is not original either; as many things on this poor machine ...

Wheel seems to be the right one ? shapes look similar ...
( better pictures would help :)  )

Could go back to its former glory with some painting restoration ...
