Hello folks 👋

My home recording studio is slowly starting to come together, I took delivery of the mixer today. Quite a basic model but it is a very good mikser for the home ground. No real effect prosessing, just basic pre amp and good quality signal prosessing throughout. I expect this will serve me well for a good few years.

I for one am waiting on the new Knut album 😎

In all seriousness though, what am I upto? I'm working myself to death and buying steam engines now and again... it seems to be a summary of my life at the moment!
All the best,

{ Ben }

Good looking mixer Knut - hope to hear some of your music endeavors down the road! And as for the present, in addition to the 14 other new projects on the board, I just ordered a RC4WD Cruiser this morning - it took a while but after seeing your D90 I just had to have one!
Regards,
Larry

Ive been making a new modular synth. I like your allen & heath mixer. I have a Soundcraft 1600 in my studio, from the early 1980s. its huge and old and noisy. I dont really use it any more, i bought a behringer minimixer. Small and new and quiet is pretty cool!

I must be a neanderthal 👹 as I don't really know what these things actually do. I've seen them many times in photos and on television shows in and about music recording studios.

They look complicated enough that one would need a pilots license to operate one!

I would love to hear some music 🎼  one day when you publish some 🙂

Myself.....just taking mediocre photos, but I'm enjoying my photography again and also enjoying steaming up some favourite engines 👍
Cheers,
Jim

That is a nice mixer Knut, to which you can connect many instruments.

At the moment I am collecting accessories and soon a very special steam engine.
Cheers, Rob.
