I note that there is more "traffic" here lately. I also note that some unexpected subject are being released (type 89 by Fine Molds, type 2 amphibious by Dragon).

So I suggest a little wish list like those on other DGs. Maybe some producer reads this?

So, which japanese vehicles would you like to see in plastic?

My top five are:

1) Type 91 Armored Railroad Car "So-Mo"
2) Sumida Model P Armored Car
3) Type 4 Amphibious Vehicle "Ka-Tsu"
4) Cars and (more) trucks
5) Type 4 150mm Self Propelled Howitzer "Ho-Ro"

What about you?

Cheers,
Peter

Don't forget Pit Road's Type 92 series:

I'd love to see more interiors for existing kits, as well as PE sets that include fenders. Some quality, casually posed tank crew figure sets would also be welcomed.

Cheers, Tracy

Toyota G-1 truck has already released from FineMolds in 2007, but it's limited for Toyota Engineering Society member's. There is a mold so only permission of production taken and sells it.

Frankly, I'm Braille Scale modeller. So I hope Fujimi make Type 95 Ha-Go in 1/76 that they have announced before. Or, hope FineMolds enter Braille Scale range, ensmall their product to 1/72.

Regards.

Thank you, Takashi.

I had bought this kit on ebay some time ago, it is still in my stash.

Was it used by the army, as well, or was this version only civilian?

Cheers,
Peter

I don't know a certain thing Toyota G1 truck was used by the army or not. :-
Only 379 G1 truck were produced because it had a lot of problems. Those were sold to the local celebrity who did not complain because of patriotism. Considering the number of production, improved type GB possibly have been used by IJA.

I cannot be asserted that was not used by army although..... Toyota AB and AC type car that had been produced at a same period seem to have been delivered to the army.

I don't know well but Takizawa-san likely to know more info, maybe....

Regards.
