Hello,

I'm going to make a huey diorama in the Vietnam era (see furhter down the posts). Unfortunately I don't have a digital camera yet, so can't post any pics...

I also have a finished M113 and I'm still thinking about what diorama to make for it. Any ideas?

Anyway, the Vietnam era is my field of interest, so more dio's will be on the way.

With kind regards,
Yves

I'd like to build one.

Right now, the closest thing I have to a diorama is the ongoing assembly and painting of the Dragon 1st Air Cav radio-telephone operator.

I also have an untouched Italeri M113 which may be built as part of a guntruck.

And someday I'd even like to lay hands on the new Panda Huey...

Like I said, one of these days.

I build more regional conflict / third world dioramas, but I plan on posting images of my diorama depicting a French M24 in 1953 Indochina...that is if I ever get it finished.

Cheers

Hi
I have two dio ideas I want to do about Vietnam. The first is "siege at Hue" with a M48 and a group of marines taking cover behind it. So far the M48 and single link track kits are bought.3 Verlinden grunts are ready, but I wait since last August for a Hobbyfan figure set:(
The second project is a M113 ACAV with a field camp around it. For this all is assembled and ready for the lay out. With things like this I will do the M113 first although the Hue idea is more fascinating for me.
You can see the PBR dio I did last year at

The first one has that 'Apocalypse Now' kinda feel.

The horror...the horror!
