Well, I suppose lots of people would - understandably - rather build an Elefant by Tamiya than by Dragon, but after treating us to more underepresent subjects like the Char B1, the Matilda, the BT-7 and the Tilly, I'm sure they'd get more applause for another "outside the box" release, like:

- A British Crusader

- Another early-war French tank

- A Birtish or American wrecker (Scammel, Diamond-T, Lafrance, etc.)

- An Austin K2 or Phanomen Granit ambulance

- A modern/postwar British lorry

Please note that none of the above (with one exception maybe) are on my personal wish list. I'm just suggesting subjects that I think are up Tamiya's alley and that would cater to a good portion of the market's demand a lot more than a new Elefant.

I was simply reacting out loud and spontaneously to the news, and in no way meant to criticize you for posting the news.

Sincerest apologies if it sounded so.

Cheers!

But an Elefant - sorry, pass.

Could care less about another old and tired WWII German item, esp. if it is a pre-finished kit. What is the point??? More mediocrity from Tamiya.
