Hello

After some time without finishing anything at the end I decided for this excellent model of Meng in his Swedish version.
Model that I recommend and I would not mind to mount some more in other versions: D
As I had quite advanced it was only a matter of putting some detail for the version chosen and give the painting.

As accessories
canon
Orange hobby now there are some more on the market what I least liked is the rubber part imprintable in any of the ways: mad:
Antennas
Leopard club, are valid for several European models including Spanish
Decals and catadioptric
Echelon fine details .. impressive especially the catadioptric
lights
Skp .. also impressive by their real appearance
Cable lugs
Eureka xxl

The idea was to represent a vehicle with very liquid mud, dirty water we go in which the sides have semi-dry and moist parts

I hope you like it.

Saved as pdf file for future reference.

The finnish and attention to detail are first rate.

What did you use for camo nets?

Thanks for sharing your work.

Cheers,

Christophe

Really happy to see something from you here again! You know what I think of this model. The colors and camo are stunning and the contrast of the dirt is very well done!

Congrats! Cheers!

The vehicle is Swedish, the reference photo is a Finnish vehicle
I think it is perfectly valid for geographical proximity

Hi Xavier, like your Swedish Strv. 121 very much. The MENG kit is by far the best Leopard 2A4 on the market.
I like the painting and weathering of your model.
Jürgen (AKA Panzerkeller), a good friend of me made a model of the Strv. 121 several years ago. It was based on the Revell 2A4 with a lot of modifications like home-casted Tamiya wheels, HKCW tracks etc. It got the Tamiya gun plus self-casted and better detailed side skirts. Jürgen even made the Swedish modified rubber front fenders.

See two photos here.

Happy modelling and cheers!
