during some "googleing" I found the following site - it's russian - according tothe google translator
it's a Wiking Sd.Skf.250. Any more informations or recommendations about this ?

Any idea of the location of the scrapyard, cannot really make out its links to the Wiking Division, but can see PzAA5 for the 5 PDiv, the unit insgnia looks weird.
