More good stuff to peruse, I too like the model by Robert Blokker, but my favourite is the little Light Tank MkV, really nice little vignette. Well done taking on the KidsClub, I have done something similar at my own club, we call it the 'Make and Take', it is a little taxing on the nerves but ultimately fun and we have to make sure there are young 'uns to take up the flame when we drop off our perches!!

Do there get to make First to fight kits?
I look after the kids corner in our annual show too, it's no fun
very stressful watching the girls making the nicest job of the kits
& younger ones can't even open the box correctly!
not to mention the colour schemes they make up!

When I was doing my stint as an instructor with the Air Cadets (teaching them how to model) I found that the girls made the best modellers and one in particular was shaping up to be a real star, she won the Wing competition two years running with some cracking models.

Hello Elliott,

from our sponsor scale-world.nl we go a big box with kits. From last year we still had some vintage Airfix kits and those are the bags you see laying around. In the big box ther e were several Roden kits, which we putt away because they are to fragile and complex for an event like this. On the other hand we had given many hobbyboss 1/72 aircraft kits, and those are great. Simple, sturdy and easy to build even by small kids.

I think the girls and boys both did a great job this year and having a lot of fun, which is the most important aspect!
