RNAS Lorry colours

Came acrtoss an interesting photo of an RNAS Steam lorry in one of the Airfield in Focus booklets.

What colour was RNAS M/T? I seem to recall a grey of some sort.

Wheels of teh RAF reckons Navy Blue pre WW1 is possible, then "battlehip grey", then grey washed over with "Khaki" for service in France.

RNAS in either red, black, blue or white depending on the commentator.

BT White says that the RNAs ordered armoured lorries in Khaki Green.

I'd plump for a light-medium grey, but...

This is at RNAS Longside in Scotland, the kits I've found aren't the exact model, but 'cose enough' for me.

Photo looks grey....
