I've ordered from them numerous times; their service is top notch. They ship via USPS Priority Mail at less than half of what you paid for Fedex delivery. I get my orders within four days (in Brooklyn). Maybe you should consider moving to the United States. You might be getting fleeced for the extra mazooma living in S.I.

P.S.

Why do I get the feeling I'm in 1974 whenever I cross the Verrazano tolls?

>I just checked Hobby Easy, the Tasca M32 is 15 dollars more than Hobby Linc, so there goes your shipping savings.
But then the British Chaffee is cheaper from Hobby Easy by 15 bucks, whats happening here?

Easy explanation : Tasca is a Japanese brand, Bronco a Chinese one.

Re: Ordering kits from Japan
I buy from Hobby Easy, HLJ, Lucky Model and Hobby Search depending on who has what, and the price. You might find a kit to be considerably more or less at any one of those places, and they all run sales too. For example, HLJ is usually very expensive on Dragon kits but they had a sale and I got the 88 FlaK 37 kit for $18 USD. I buy mostly from Lucky as their prices are generally as good or better than the Japanese vendors and their shipping is less. I probably order something once a month from them.

In the US, I found Tower Hobbies can have some really good deals too. They had some Trumpeter stuff marked lower than what Lucky had it and a good $20 per kit less than Squadron.
