Hi all,

I just checked with the office. Yes, MMI Issue 147 was running late due to fitting in with the new printer's schedule, but all the UK issues have gone out and international copies will be sent in the coming days when new stock arrives.

Everything should be back on schedule for Issue 148 and onward.

Bye for now,

Brett

Just to point out that only 'Military Modelling' was the only title sold to Doolittle, the MyTimeMedia's other titles are carrying on as before and I understand the former editor of Military Modelling has moved to one of the other titles.

Then a rephrasing is due: "The fact that the doomed employees of a terminally ill corporate unit did not contact each customer individually (in addition to the facebook broadcast) is not surprising and completely forgivable, in my mind."

I'm sure each title is kept legally and financially independent by the publisher, so in effect, my previous statements remain true.

No, I checked WH Smith’s today and still no sign of it on the shelf. I will check again tomorrow. I am hoping that this is a case of a delay with the printers. i

No sign of the July issue for subscribers yet? I haven't received mine.

My copy of MMI arrived today, complete with a note to tell me that my subscription had run out!
Some interesting articles in it, especially the Churchill pages.

No, your previous statement remains opinion. I'm truely sorry to hear of your previous unhappy article writing experience and it has obviously coloured your outlook.

Just to confirm that my subscription copy of 'Model Military International' No.147 arrived today (15th June 2018) in the UK.  Ironically, it's the last issue in my subscription according to the label on the envelope.

Received my first copy of Model Military International (147) Friday morning, continuing my Military Modelling subscription. Inside was a note explaining that I have one more issue of MMI to complete my original subscription, before resub. Exactly as promised by My TimeMedia Ltd when MilMod died. Looks quite good actually, but I'll wait until the next issue arrives before I commit.

Cover price is £4.75 an issue and subscription £47 for 12 issues. Considering the hiatus caused when a magazine goes defunct, the fallout, gnashing of teeth etc, legal processes, new writers, contracts and suppliers, I think this 'first' issue has been quite quick IMHO.
Thanks Brett.

Cheers
