Leopard Workshop
New releases since the last newsletter are:

LW039 - Leopard 1 Road wheels, idlers and rollers with Damaged Tyres
http://leopardclub.ca/workshop/LW039/
This is a complete set of Leopard 1 wheels. All tyres are damaged, nearly all of them in different ways. Some are lightly damaged, some more heavily. The front road wheels are a mixture of LW001-1 and LW002 style wheels. Of course, most tanks will not have complete sets of damaged tyres, so this set can be shared between two or three different models if desired.

These wheels can be used as a standalone set to equip one tank, or they can be mixed and matched with any other of the Leopard Workshop sets of Leopard 1 wheels.

LW033 Leopard 1 Road wheels and idlers with 'Dimpled' tyres, Standard wheels 'Type 1'
http://leopardclub.ca/workshop/LW038/
Can be used with Meng/Takom and Italeri/Revell Leopard 1
The 'Type' numbers are Leopard Workshop numbers, not official type numbers!

Many Leopard 1 wheels, throughout their lives, had 'dimples' around the circumference of the rubber tyres. Revell included these in their 'Early Leopard 1' kit but they were joined together by an incorrect seam line and have the wrong pattern on the rear faces of the wheels. These wheels fix these problems and can be used with any other Leopard 1 kit.

These wheels can be used as a standalone set to equip one tank, or they can be mixed and matched with any other of the Leopard Workshop sets of Leopard 1 wheels.

This FaceBook page started life to support an Armorama Campaign to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Leopard 1 entering service in 1965. he Campaign was won by Bob Wiber with his lovely Dutch Leopard BARV, a very unusual and daring subject to build.
Now that the Campaign is over, I have decided to carry on the page on FaceBook as a general modelling focus for Leopard 1 AND now including Leopard 2. So, if you would like to share your latest, or older projects, pop along to the page and add your models. If you are going to lad more than one photo, please try and use the Album feature to keep thing neat and tidy. Thanks guys!!

Have fun!!

Keep on Leopard modelling:-)
