Have any of you got experiences with Italeri's customers service, I got myself a HS-129 B2, to blow up all the T34's we have now, on there site they show the sprue parts with the parts for the B3 version(Pak 40 armed) that was not in my kit, is there a department to contact for replacement parts.

I tried getting a replacement part for the AB41 kit by emailing them explaining I had lsot it. They replied that they don't replace any parts and that I should contact the Italeri supplier in my country. Have serached around to see who that might be but it appears there isn't one. So I give thumbs down for their so called service.

Patrick,
I realized long ago that people responsible for similar sites aren't much into modelling nor into historical and technical background of the kits.
I see in the Italeri site they offer only B2 now but, knowing their style, I guess if all were available (B1, B2 and B3) the picture of the parts frames might have been the same!
From distant memory, in my kits these frames also aren't included but I can check again for you. Mine are B1 and B2 variants. I just wonder why you simply didn't buy directly B3, it is probably still available in Revell boxes. Funny, have you noted the Revell reboxings of the same kits are cheaper, although marginally, perhaps, than in the original Italeri boxes? It is so here at least.

If the parts for the B3 are not needed to build the B2, I don't see how you can really complain to Italeri

to Daniel that was what I was afraid of

to Ilian I know the bigger companies are not modelers just making and selling, that also explains why there sometimes stupid mistakes (the upside dowun hatch of Trumpers Char B1). I dont normal built planes this will be my first in 10 years and really dont know what companies makes what other then the big guys, Revell dont make the HS-129 at the moment and there where non for sale at that moment, here in NL Italeri is normal a little cheaper then Revell not much 1-2 euros

To Jolyon wen you look at the spreu pictures on the site of Italeri it shows the parts needed for the B3 version so I was expecting/ hoping that the part would be there, the side of the box also talks about the 75mm version, but then again the pictures on the box dont show the B3 parts, part my fault part miss information on there part if you ask me

thanks guys if I get any response I will let you know
