Not up to date on my T-34 stuff, but is there a metal barrel made for this variant of the T-34?

I am sure that someone will correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't that just be a standard 76.2mm F-34 Gun Barrel. I think any aftermarket manufacturer will have what you need (e.g., RB Models).

Mark-
you actually want to avoid what RB calls a 76.2mm F-34 barrel- T-34/76 1941.

I do not know if it is mis-labeled? But it is way too short to be an F-34! It looks to be correct for a T-34/76 model 1939 or 1940 (an L-11).

Many, many people have mentioned this previously but we should really all be spreading the word.
Not all Dragon T-34/76's include an aluminum barrel and if you want one you do not want RB35B18. Too bad because RB makes a great product otherwise.

Frustrating to wait for delivery of what you think is an upgrade and end up unable to use it!

I like Jordi Rubio TG-07 1/35 Soviet 76.2mm F34 for T34 (1941 thru 43), KV1 (1941-42) KV1S (1941-42) KV1S

Aber makes on too: ABR-35L034 Soviet tank barrel 76,2mm F-34 for T-34/76 model 1941-43.

Hello Mark,

I have asked the same question two weeks ago, unfortunately without any answer.
But I also would like to add that I have bought already several metal barrels for a normal 76,2 T-34 model.
Around 1,5-2 years ago I bought the RB barrel and saw that it was way too short. Then I bought the Armorscale barrel: rifling is included but the thicker collar at the tip of the barrel/at the muzzle is too short.
Then I bought the ABER barrel a few weeks ago and the thick collar at the tip of the barrel/at the muzzle has the correct size, but unfortunately the walls of the barrel are too thick. When you look at photos of the real gun you will notice that the walls of the barrels are pretty thin compared with the diameter of the caliber.
Now I just hope that the CMK barrel is ok, but this is sold out at my hobby shop at the moment. Maybe I will also give the Rubio barrel a try.

So far the best barrel is the Dragon provided one which would be perfect if it would have rifling.

Regards,

Notger

Hi Lee,

thank you very much for your tip! I haven't found the OrangeHobby barrel at my onlineshops which I usually buy at, but I found it at Ebay from an Chinese seller and already bought it.

Thanks a lot for the tip!

Rergards,

Notger
