I picked up a dragon M46 Patton at a flea market for a imsanely low price and found that I was missing the tracks and I was wondering if anyone has a set of italeri m47 tracks in thier spare parts that they are willing to part with

At one time I tried fitting the Italeri tracks to the Dragon kit because I was lazy and they were just tight and broke the Dragon suspension. They are also thick, not very flexible, and crack and break.

The Italeri tracks are based on the tanks in service with the Italian Army in the 1970's. The shape of the rubber chevron had been changed sometime in the intervening years, as the chevron had a little "dogleg" at the outer ends, originally. Photos show that this little square of rubber frequently broke off (probably during turns), so the inner corner was eliminated, and the outer end of the chevron was made wider. The AFV Club tracks show the original pattern.
