I know that Verlinden makes a cobblestone street section as well as a cobblestone country road, both in resin. Firestorm make some road or side walk sections as well. Also, if you have time and patience, Plus Models used to make individual paving (cobble) stones. I don't think they still make these but if you can find them, it makes for an interesting and more authentic alternative.

Kancali uses a unique a latex process to make street sections and cobblestones. These are very well detailed and easy to use as well as inexpensive (my favorite). Check out their rubble molds as well.

Other than being a satisfied customer, I have no connection.

makes a very nice variety of cobblestone street sections along with individual tiles.
Tiger Diorama Productions (Jose'R) used to make some beautiful resin and plaster cobblestone street sections. Both these companies make brick cobble sections not stone cobbles

Detlev, i believe Toro Models made the street you're looking for. a cobblestone street with a bomb crater and part of a brick sewer exposed in the crater. i have had this diorama piece in my closet for years. i believe they are not in business anymore.

they got 2 pieces one colapss streetsection and the one with the Bombcrater and piece of cellar .
thats a shame often if it´s available I don´t buy it and search for if it´s gone .I gues i only feel satisfied if it´s difficult to get this pieces . But thanks for the new ideas i would keep them in mind.

thanks a lot greetings to all of you
