Gunze paints for IJA Armor...

Getting ready to build this Fine Molds Type 95 tank kit. Bought the Gunze Mr. Color Sets 1 and 2 for IJA Tanks. I'm assuming that these paints are acrylic, correct? Was digging through my paint stuff when I came across a unopened bottle of Mr Color Thinner 110. Don't remember why I have it (scarier the older I get). Will the Gunze armor paints spray out of the bottle? If they need thinning will this Mr Color Thinner 110 work? Would appreciate any help!

Thanks in advance!

Glenn,

The Gunze IJA paint is Lacquer based. You should be ok using the Mr Color thinner, but you might run into issues with the paint "stringing" or general issues spraying it. The Mr Color Self leveling thinner works better, or even the Tamiya Lacquer Thinner works good also.
