Grant,

Your Tiger is commanded by SS-Uschf Gockl, so its Tiger 912 I think.

Hi Mike,
I was thinking along the same lines. Though I'm still a little confused by Schneider's dates.
He has '912' as a total loss on the 7th July and Gockl as fatally wounded on the 8th July?

Grant.

Grant,

I think the Tiger on the 7.7.43 was the Tiger commanded by SS-Obsch Muller (914, I think), the Gunner was wounded as well.

Grant,

I did say some time back I would comment on Tiger 308a (trophy number). I beleive this vehicle to be the Tiger commanded by SS-Hstuf Ther and abandoned on the 17.3.45 during the afternoon, about 800 meters directly east of Magyaralmas and 200 west of the farm called Laposi K.

The 2 Tigers from the collection yard in Szekesfehervar were orginally positioned at Felso Puszta on the 12.3.45, on security duty. Felso Puszta is about 2 km north east of MA. On the afternoon of the 16.3.45, they were ordered to move from Felso Puszta and head in the direction of Csakbereny.
