yes egyptian had some, sometime you can get one on a pic but very rare...

That's an hungarian Csepel 450:



I have that very same truck in a colour pic from another angle, should have to look it for. The egyptian army had a quite big and interesting collection of softskins, coming from lots of different countries, even some spanish Barreiros.

Have also a very nice short-run 1/43 scale kit of the Csepel, in resin and PE, as a gift from two great hungarian friends. Should start it at last!

Looks a semi truck to me.

The Csepel 705 appears to be quite similar :

i have more truck to id, if you want, both from Egypt 1956 to 1967 :








and on this pic there a lot of gun portee ; i tought that is on FWD ld, but i'm not sure :



and a bonus hard to see and hard to id :

I believe the truck in the first picture is an early 1950's International Harvester, but I'm not sure about the pictured model (L-series ? )...

Seems a trailer behind, so it's more a 705.
