Dragon....Jagdpanther G1

With all the new kits coming out of the Jagdpanther I built the one from my stash.  This is the Smart Kit with a number of AM parts: Atak zimmerit, Aber barrel, Master Club tracks and PE from Aber, Voyager and the kit.  I based the model off photos found in several books (Panzer tracts and Scherer Panzerjager 654).  The figures are Alpine and MK35.  The scene is in Normandy, July-August 1944.  The zimmerit is a little too thick but it was used anyway.

Highly commendable piece.

A slight distraction is the empty space under the gate, it needs latches and a handle possibly too. Who makes the gate, please?  I'm not sure about the ungloved commander's hand either.  Figs look v neatly done though.

Nice scene.
  The small 'exhaust' pipes on the right side didn't get hot and rust like the big ones.  Nice build and figures!

Thanks Andrew.  The gate is PE from Aber.  I got lazy and didn't add more detail, like the latches  : )  The bare hand is a replacement from Hornet.  I was looking to change up the Alpine hand for something a little different.

Thanks Paul,  I am aware the smaller pipes were not exhaust and tried to be subtle about any heat rust on them.  Thanks for the comment.
