I'm assuming that in the 20's they would have been a semi gloss Olive Drab.
But I hate assuming anything!

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi

I'll need to check, but Olive Drab seems to have been in use then, although I'm worried because I don't know for sure what their Mk Vs and V*s were at that time. Then gain, the Vs and V*s were all British built...

As I intend to do my Mk VIII as a 1920's example I'm leaning towards the Olive Drab side of things myself.
I've just induced "paralysis through analysis" by looking too hard at other things such as the Ford 3 Tonner, 6 Tonners and their Mk V and Mk V*'s.
But like you say, the Mk V's and Mk V*'s were British built.
