Guys,
Short of grinding it off, is there any way to remove hardened epoxy putty from a resin part? I added cheek armor to a resin sherman turret that I'd like to remove without ruining the resin texture underneath. Any help is appreciated.

The stuff was designed to be a tough, permanent option for a wide range of applications. You might start grinding it off and hope you accidently left some of the casting's mold release on when you applied the epoxy. It just might pop off with little or no damage, but be prepared for battle damage repair.
sorry I can't offer better.

Thanks Rick, it's kind of what I figured. I was hoping for a miracle easy fix, but you know how that usually goes.
Take care,
