Hi Folks, after a long break I was able to finish a quarterscale model again

I choosed the Tamiya kit of the british Cruiser Tank "CRUSADER Mk.III". The model was build OOTB, I was only interested to reach a convincing finish. Hope you like what you see..and yes, I should make again more of these handful models

Here the pics - I played a little bit with Photoshop

and now without any treatment:

Lars,

Always glad to see you back to quarter modelling. To me your crusader represent the pure fun of modelling and it is a very nice reminder of how nice out-of-the-box models can be.

Well done amigo and please do not wait for so long to come back here again.

G'day to you Lars.
Your Crusader looks just great, the weathering is really subtle and the finish looks very convincing. It just goes to show you don't have to cover a tank in mud and dust to look
realistic.
Well done.
regards.
Alan.
