For the old type structure of this forum dropped down the last Weekly Update again (surprise, surprise! ) I don't want somebody to miss my thanks to Bas Slaats for recognizing the place where the piture which inspired me for the Blitz bus buliding was taken. He simply nailed the place:

So this isn't exactly on the Belgian - Dutch border but little further inside the Netherlands. However, for one thing Bas is right: the trees and the tarmac who replaced the gobblestone apart, the things aren't changed much. The church is there too, I've checked
Great work, great guy! Again: THANKS, Bas!
That's why I like this forum, by the way

Helli Ilian,

I must admit that it was a friend form my club who recognized the place first...

The church actually is a the La Trappe breweryhttp://www.latrappe.nl/content.asp producing some very nice beer (from personal experience ;>))

Hey Bas!
What a great pubs you have there! Well, if the pubs have such beautiful bell towers I think the churches must have beer tanks, right?
Cheers!
