Is there any Bergepanzer III kit around, other then the MW kit which I presume is not worth building. Books or sites so I can scratch build it if fine to.

I made one back in 2007. Nice but needs some detailing. I think MR Modelbau also makes/made one. They usually do nice work but I have not seen this one personally.

I have the MR set and it looks very good.
Should be doing a review of that kit, actually....

This kit appears to copy parts from Revell and Trumpeter and for a short run kit, doesn't look bad on the sprue judging from the one I purchased.

The upper hull from MW is based on Trumpeters Stug3 and therefor is completely wrong for the mentionbed Pz3J base. If you change the brake access hatches and some other small stuff you can make Bergepanzer 3G or similar.Or use Revells Pz3L for base.

not a big fan of MW that all I have build 2-3 of there kits before, not that is limited run but more the feel of there plastic and as it is limited run I will end up remaking a lot of parts anyway. I think I even have a Revell Pz III in my stash saves me a few Euros.
