Maybe something in the air
I know that Friul makes an early style set, but aside from the almost mythical Heller set, are there any aftermarket sets for the late version of the AMX-30 tracks?

Thanks

The French manufacturer Phebus Creations has a set.
Look for the military section and then the AMX-30http://www.phebuscreation.com/

A review of the set can be found here:http://olivier.carneau.free.fr/revues/d ... dex_gb.htm

Gr,
Marcel

.... are not the late version (with end connectors) but the early single pin ones (like Friul).

The Phebus internet site is still up though it appears the most recent update was early January of this year. Is the company still in operation?

Some time back I purchased their AMX-30 update and a Berliet truck. I think they're nice kits.

Alain Barrais died on January 28th 2012.

He was a one man team (his wife helped though) and I very much doubt the business is still going.

Cheers,

All Phebus production is stopped. And his wife is selling masters, for someone interesting.
He was sculptor of a large SI-FI,1/24 and Stargate figures collection.

His dead is a tragedy.
A though to his family.
