2 pretty solid db's and a good linebacker?
Did somebody in the front office lock Mikey into a closet?

According to Hobson, the Bungs would have drafted Manny Lawson back in 2006 if he had been available. And that Marvin Lewis would have changed the defense to a 3-4.http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/20 ... -in-cincy/

Well, what are the Frisco fans saying on the PFT comment thread? Lawson is "better suited as a 4-3 outside linebacker".
Too bad the Bungs had to settle for Jonathan Joseph that year, huh?

Doesn't matter. Even if the Bungles had Peyton Manning as a Quarterback- they would still find a way to suck major *** as a team.http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/20 ... -in-cincy/

Signed a couple Niners' castoffs and Murf is getting excited and dreaming of division championships again.
Normalcy is restored. Lol.
At this point there are so many holes in the roster almost any signing would make sense. Lawson had 2.5 sacks last year though. No where near the Terrel Suggs/James Harrison level.
This team has gotten worse from last year. And they only won 4 games last year. That pretty much sums it up. Oh, and they are still $40 million or so under the salary cap.
"We do do, and we do it at a very, very high level," Lewis said.

$41 million more in cap space left. Way more than other team.
This team has zero hope of winning anything besides the Andrew Luck sweepstakes.
