343 solo tackles, 241 assists, 4 sacks, and 7 ints in 8 seasons.

And on draft day some of you made him sound like the second coming of Singletary lol.

However that should be enough to earn him an invite to the next Bengals All-Time shindig, along with greats Neil Rackers, Chase Coffman, and Chris Perry.

It was time.

I still want them to draft the LB from Alabama unless the Stanford DE is still there. I saw Nick Vigil make a few good plays last year but mostly I saw him missing tackles and over-pursuing the play. He might still have another journeyman year ahead of him before he's ready. I wouldn't be surprised if they go after Joe Mixon in round 2. After all, Psycho's rousing lyrics to "I'm a Redeemer" is still a classic and Jeremy Hill is still too stupid to play football.

Back in 2009 I was one of those posters who thought that Maualuga was great pick in Round 2. The hope was that he would be a real force at LB. Didn't work out that way, but he wasn't a bad player. Murf was the one who really promoted him, which should make us leery of Reuben Foster. Fool me once...

JB, I think those were your lyrics which I asked you to write. And since you have to skillz to actually record I'm a Believer... Which we're still waiting for...

Mauluga was one of the worst linebackers to ever last as long as he did, should have been fired after his first contract was up

He made Ricardo McDonald look like Mike Singletary

Agreed. I realize that over the last three or four seasons he was more of a depth guy, but my point is that he wouldn't even be a good depth guy on most rosters. He should be out of football, or playing in Canada maybe.

With all of that said good for him...good work if you can get it lol.

He's visiting Kansas City this week. I'll be surprised if they sign him. The days of the big, bulky Middle LB are over. Brian Urlacher preceded Maualuga. Nowadays it's all about speed.

Psycho was I supposed to record I'm a Redeemer? I don't remember.

If they only play him on running down he shouldn't suck too badly. The article speculates he got the job because defensive coordinator Matt Burke coached him in Cincinnati. Speaking of Burke, who thinks the Bungs LB played better when he was LB coach? Burfict regressed.

By the way... Yes, JB. You owe us a recording.
