As far as customizing the forum look and feel, I was able to upload our old banner which shows up on the main page and change the color. That is all I can do to make this Tapatalk layout look like the old GMF because there are no custom themes available for this format. I am going to work on the site Rick set up and we will see what happens.

Weirdly, I like bei g able to "like" a post. And also enjoy the notifications from the app although the email notifications were a bit rough. Thankfully figured out how to turn those off. Honestly I think this is gonna breathe new life into GMF.

Yes I have gotten some of those also. I just go back and try again and most times it will work then.

Liking the home page banner, Johnny. Starting to feel a little more like home.
I wish the browser version had a night mode, but I could not find that setting here, and I really don't like the layout of the app on my iPad.
Looking forward to seeing what can be done with the other site option so we can make an informed decision about which way we will go.
Hopefully, we can juice up the emoticons here. They really are bland and fall short of what we had before. LOL! 😞 Come on, banana - dance 🍌 Not happening... And where's the bacon!?

:bacon You have to memorize the short cuts to use the emoticons.  : + Bacon = :Bacon (have to use lower case B) = :bacon

I memorized the common ones.  If you don't remember them, well... good luck.  :P

:mt999999 Yay... mine still works!  Hopefully Coyote X's version has the click-able emoticons.
