<t>Inside corners don't bother me much. The part I'm more picky about is the spine as that is what shows on the shelf. I have books that have dented inside corners and I'll usually forget about it cause I never see that part! I wouldn't necessarily buy a copy like that in person but I wouldn't go to...

Does everyone just use their finger to crease the jacket covers? I didn't bother buying a bone folder so I hope it's not an essential piece of the puzzle

I got the 16" ones for for a few specific books like the Buffy Libraries, Art of Joe Kubert, Art of Jaime Hernandez, etc.

Alright took the plunge in a BIG way because of the 25% off code. Ordered 500 12" and 25 16". My database is severely out of date so I don't know exactly how many I need but this should hopefully cover what I have and a good amount of upcoming additions.

Just stumbled across a code to get 25% off this week so I may take the plunge as there'd be no better time. For those interested the code is "webluv"

One more (last) question: are the archival covers necessary? What are the benefits?

So that WW-12U fits up to standard oversized trim books? Is the thickness of the book ever a factor (thinking of Infinite Crisis or the upcoming Invisibles)? Also, pros and cons of lined vs unlined?

Everyone seems to be buying different sizes for regular HCs as opposed to OHCs. Is there a major reason to not buy the larger size in bulk and just use them for every book whether they be regular or oversized?

<t>Whether we think that releasing them around a movie helps them sell or not, I'd say it's not a mere theory but a fact, especially now. X-Men Omnibus Vol 2, Fall of the Mutants OHC, and X-Men by Claremont and Lee Vol 1 all came out before or shortly after X-Men First Class. Captain America Lives, ...

<t>I'm assuming the delay in all the volumes you mention (with the possible exception of FF by Byrne) are waiting to coincide with movies. Also in the case of the Claremont/Byrne X-Men they had to get the Masterworks done first which they just finished up a couple months ago with Vol.8. Now they'll ...

Really sad to see the line go but glad that we got 106 (mostly) great volumes out of it. I'd be rolling on the floor shouting "WHY???!! WHY???!!!" if the Omnibus line was cancelled though ;-)

Two of the most recent archives (Batman Vol 8 and LOSH Vol 13) have less than 100 copies available for retailers to order through Diamond so I'd suggest getting them ASAP or regret it later.

I have the same issue sliding the pages back in for both portfolios.  I wish the pocket was just a tiny bit looser but I guess it's good that the pages fit tightly so they don't wiggle around and get dinged up.

Well for all your regular online sites like ToW, IST, etc. their numbers are included here as they go through Diamond like a regular comic shop. Not sure if Amazon is treated the same way; that would have a big effect if Marvel books were counted for Amazon but not DC.

I'm pretty sure the non-comic book e-tailers (Amazon, B&N, etc.) work out different deals with different distributors. Remember the great Amazon "sale" a few years ago. It was only Marvel books not DC because Amazon gets DC books from a distributor other than Diamond unless I'm mistaken.

Said it before I'll say it again, until IDW lists this book there is ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE that their price will be higher than $125.

I don't want to come off callous but I'm extremely glad to have my double-signed Romita Spidey AE cause these great creators aren't going to be around for much longer and Ku...
