Re: Selling on Amazon

http://comicbook.com/marvel/2017/11/22/ ... mics-sale/

I searched the sale for Swamp Thing and all my results were for Kindle versions.

Re: So Much Damage: History of Image Comics

I think I've bought 2 Image titles in my life, and I found that documentary pretty compelling. I like comics history and I think that's a pretty good one. I concur with KGF in thanking you Taylor for a link to something I never would have looked for, but am glad I did.

Re: 2017 Obituaries: The Interesting, the Infamous, the Obscure

My sisters loved Cassidy where my interest in Partridge Family was two-fold.....Laurie and the interesting rip-off of Dr. Smith and Will Robinson, known fondly as Mr. Kincaid and Danny! However, when I stumbled onto this film, I did finally become a fan of David C. https://youtu.be/V6fcdhQn32M https...

Re: New Editor-in-Chief at Marvel

This made me laugh this morning as I stopped by the Comics Journal site on my way here and found this in the daily blog. I figured there must be a thread in the Marvel section of this forum pertaining to this development....and there was....and it was good....from Tucker Stone (?) 11/20/17:  "ELSEWH...

Re: What Film Have You Watched Recently?

Same thing with Altman and my favorite directors, I don't know how times I've seen MASH , The Long Goodbye and McCabe and Mrs. Miller , but man I love those movies.  I would add California Split to that list, which I am in agreement with 100%!!!!  And on a better day... 3 Women could also be includ...

Re: What Film Have You Watched Recently?

McCabe and Mrs. Miller - I just love this film. Picked up the Criterion Blu Ray yesterday with the intent of watching it over the weekend, but I couldn't wait. It's kind of odd how I never think of Warren Beatty when I ponder over my favorite actors, yet I dig so many of his films: Shampoo , Reds ,...

anticipating Berlin Babylon if Netflix ever gets around to showing it. Seems to be available via binary newsgroup, but only in German. Wonder if Netflix version will be dubbed, has been alternately shot in English, or just subtitled. Maybe that's an issue? If memory serves, when it was announced e...
