Re: Captain Marvel #27, v.1 alien identification

At first I thought the guy you're trying to identify was Night-Crawler from Hulk #126 (or a variation of him), but I don't think it's him... That's what I thought at first too, but nope. Following the Kirby-influenced vibe I got from him, I see that he resembles Slig, one of Kirby's members of the ...

Captain Marvel #27, v.1 alien identification

Hey all, So I'm re-reading Mar-vell's MMW volume 3. On page 140 of the MMW, panel 3 we see a group of aliens that Mentor and zeros are fighting. Several are familiar but I'm forgetting where I know them from. I know I've puzzled this put before but my memory isn't what it used to be. The green one i...

Re: Marvel solicitations for November 2017

I read plenty of monthly Marvel books, but the collected editions are nice!

Ka-Zar MMW V.2
Avengers Omni v.3
Punisher Epic
X-Men Epic
Peter Parker Spidey v.1

What's with the all hardcovers in that "Infinity Gauntlet" $500 killer? I don't recall all those those being released as hc' before.

I would love to see an Aquaman Omnibus starting where the one (and only) DC Archives volume started off.

I'm also quite keen on a (new cover style) second volume of Silver Age Green Lantern to take us up to just before the O'Neil/Adams run.

<t>I'm really enjoying the REBIRTH initiative. My favorite title is Hal Jordan & the Green Lantern Corps, with Aquaman, Detective Comics, Wonder Woman, Superman, Green Arrow and Titans close behind. I'd enjoy Flash more if not for the art, but it's still okay. I wish we had a Martian Manhunter b...

How frequently do new Omni'a come out of more classic material?

DC lost me with the New52 and only just got me back with Rebirth (minus Batman '66). Now that I'm enjoying them again I'm keen to double dip on my Archives with these new Omni's.

I just splurged on Flash v.2 and JLA v.2. I'll pick up GL re-do v.1 when it hits.

I really, really hope they re-release Flash and JLA (even though I have the original Flash volume already). I like spine consistency on my shelves.

I'm seriously considering re-buying the GL, Flash and JLA Omni's. I see that there's an Amazon listing for a new GL volume 1's due out in March. Hopefully they'll do the same with Flash and JLA volume 1 as well.

I love anything the Allred's do and this series was no different even without their contributions. I've got the single issues, the hardcovers and would buy up an Omnibus easy-peasy.
