BRM green

Hi,
I'm hoping my fellow members of this forum can help me out with a color question. One of the many on going projects on my workbench (I need to update my "Whats on your workbench?" post!)is a Tenariv 1965 BRM P261 F1. The instructions give a color photo of a completed model and a Renault paint reference. This color appears a little too light when compared to some period photos of the real car.
Does anyone know a good over the counter match for BRM green? Also there appears the be a difference in the green they used in the early 60's as compared to mid and late '60's. Is this correct? I have the paint mix formula for 'BRM green' using Tamiya paint and this seems closer to a early '60's car.
