I've been trying to decrease my intake of salt, which has been much harder than I ever thought possible haha. I honestly didn't realise salt was in so many products!
Does anybody know of any products/brands which are lower in salt? For example, are there certain bread and cheese brands which are lower in salt? Sauces? Meat? Anything I should definitely avoid? I've spent ages comparing labels in the supermarket and got myself in such a state over what to buy. I've been cooking a lot from scratch which has meant I've been able to leave salt out, but I don't always have the time to do this with a toddler and running my business. Any help will be gratefully received!!
