I could configure it but couldn't find a constraint of timer of 5 minutes. Please someone help.

Macro1:

T: screen off
A: wait 5 mins
A: data OFF
C: none

Also make a second macro:

Macro 2:

T: screen ON
A: cancel macro actions of macro 1
C: none

This will prevent that when you switch ON your screen within the 5 minutes it will switch OFF again (because the macro is still running on the background counting and switching OFF your data).
Please note that switching your mobile data requires a rooted device or an ADB hack.

You need to be root to turn your data off. I think that ADB Hack can help, but i haven't tested yet.
I have a macro called DATA ON that warns you when both data and WiFi are on, and don't need (or don't want) to be root.

I've rooted my phone already. Just tell me how to cancel the micro that's triggered. Where can I find that option?

You do not need a second macro. Just use T: screen on and T:screen off in the dame macro. It will activate with both.
