Newsletter information from Nokia concerning creating username and password incorrect

I received a newsletter from Nokia today concerning the open enrollment and various options. On page 4 Nokia directed me to www.myuhc.com and referenced a process to create a secure id. The newsletter indicated that our current passcode and user id would be dropped after November 9. I attempted to create an account and it would not allow me. I called the help line and they told me that medicare advantage users supported by corporate accounts should go to the URL on the back of their card. in my case its www.UHCREtiree.com/nokia; and no new passcode is currently planned for this site 
Headed to the site on my card now - the info in the newsletter appears to be inaccurate
