Announcement Regarding Aon Hewitt
Distributed to former employees who are Participants in one or more of the following: Nokia pension1, savings/401(k), and/or health and welfare benefit plans.
As you know, Aon Hewitt provides record keeping and other services for Nokia’s pension1, savings/401(k), and health and welfare benefit plans. Last month, Aon plc, Aon Hewitt’s parent company, announced that it had reached an agreement to sell its human resources outsourcing business, which includes the businesses that service your Nokia benefit plans, to Blackstone, one of the world’s leading investment firms. The sale is expected to close sometime before the end of June 2017.
Nokia’s Benefits Operations team has met with Aon Hewitt regarding the sale. We do not expect the sale to have any impact on or disruption to the services that Aon Hewitt provides to the Nokia plans. Aon Hewitt has indicated that it is committed to a smooth transition of the business and that it will continue to make its clients its top priority. Nonetheless, we will continue to monitor the transition of the business to the new owners. (Note: Participants in the Nokia Savings/401(k) Plan who utilize the Online Advice service or the Professional Management Program should expect to receive a separate communication from Aon Hewitt regarding their rights with respect to this transition.)
As a reminder, Aon Hewitt does not manage the Pension or Savings/401(k) Plan’s investment funds. The investment funds will continue to be managed independently by professional investment managers hired and overseen by Nokia.

Sorry about not being able to post a real live URL in this posting,

They think that doing this will prevent SPAM.
