After the clinic "matched" me, I had four wonderful sets of embryos to choose from. Honestly, I would have been happy with any of them. Trying to choose was a very humbling experience - very much like choosing the egg donors for my past cycles, but a little different because the embies are already ready and waiting.

Now, I just have to bring my mammogram up to date (today) my pap up to date (monday) and then I can get a calendar! OH MY GOODNESS!

Sounds like they are all nestled in a little dish together. Have you picked the set yet?

But how difficult! For me there was little choice - I LOVED one of the profiles and knew I wanted to be their mommy. It's a different experience emotionally, yes? Not just theoretical future embies but hopefully real little future people, waiting for you to be their mama.

Funny how you can fall in love with something microscopic! The "stats" were good on all the sets... so I just went with my gut feelings.

This is very excited, and I can't wait to hear updates as the process unfolds. I, too, am picturing them in a little dish, all snuggled together in little onesies! congratulations!
