Thank u all for your well wishes re first US

Good news is there is no blood on pad only when wiping.

I had this at about 6 weeks pregnant ( I am current 21 weeks). For me, it was super scary but very minor. I got an appt immediatley at my RE and the US showed everything was fine with the babies, but I had a very small hematoma. I only ended up bleeding for about 2 hours, not ever enough to make it to a pad/panties.

Take it easy, drink lots of water! Best wishes!

But also cramping with clots and everything has been fine since then. My RE said bleeding is pretty common. Try not to worry about it. Also most herbal teas are fine in moderation. Like chamomile or peppermint.

My RE sent me to the ER. It was a bit inconclusive, but they thought an irritated cervix due to progesterone.
I am 23 wks now and nothing since that one episode.
FWIW, I have one latte each day (with only one shot of espresso). I struggled through many OE IVFs and one DE without any caffeine and felt like I was sleep walking the whole time. My OB's guidelines say roughly 2.5 shots of espresso a day is OK...I just choose to cut it back to one a day.

Sorry you are experiencing this, just make sure you get lots of rest and drink water, that's what I did and it was fine. I has a SCH and it went away after 2 weeks.
On caffeine, I have 2 cups of tea a day
hang in there.

Hi ya,
I had the same. I was advised complete bedrest and I mean complete. Wear a path from the toilet to the bed and no where else.
I was told that bedrest is very good for early bleeding.
I had two eps of bleeding - at 5 and 7 weeks was advised bedrest for both. I upped the progesterone on advice from my clinic as well.
Go to bed and don't get up for anyone or anything.
Let us know you are ok, best, THK
