If you are doing a FET and the embryos are essentially day 3 embryos, how soon do they transfer after a thaw? I know when they have 2pn's frozen that they usually thaw for 2 days and then transfer. But if they refreeze any of those on "Day 3", what is their protocol for future FET's?

I'm considering doing a donor embryo cycle there and looking at refrozen embryos. They were originally frozen as 2pns, thawed for a transfer and grown for 2 days, then the ones not transferred were refrozen.

one day three and six 2pn. We let them grow to blasts and were surprised to end up with 6 blasts. The day three also made it to blast.

How many days did it take for them to grow to blasts? I'm assuming at least 3 days for the 2pn's?
