ok guys lights are fitted and it looked something like this.

bochup: you might want to add 3-4mm washers on either side of the lwer section of the front guards it helps with the fitting of the lights.

TIP: use IS200 parkers in the IS300 housing it will create a bullet like effect

lol yes I owe you and thanks again. and yeh like bochup mentioned earlier the fenders are different. you will not get a flush fit without modifying the fenders a little. which I tried to do by widening the guards.

ahh ok I'd be interested to see how yours fits. is there gaps next to the indicator area? and these are just standard headlights no angel eyes here :)

Just need to shave the bottom side screw and the plastic 'wing' that sticks out from the side of the headlight.

Other option is that you get the front wheel guards from an IS300 (SXE10) and replace your IS200 ones, then the headlights will fit straight in.
ahh ok but what about the low beam HID and parkers and motor? Like the plugs are different. I do have a 9006 fitment power cable but I cant seem to remove the original one because the reflector motor is in the way any way to remove that? otherwise i'll have to do a pin to pin job with the HID and the parkers and IS300 (SXE10R) you mean JXE10R right :D
Reflector motor is in the way? I'm not sure what you mean by that. I didn't have any clearance issues with mine.

As for the parkers they should fit unless you have AFM parkers such as angel eyes, then you will need to do a pin to pin. $2 from Jaycar.

As for the HID the plugs are also different from an IS200, unless you have an IS200 with HIDs. Just connect pin to pin to the ballast for the HIDs?

And yes apparently the guards are different since you definitely can't fit an IS300 light into a stock IS200 without some mods. I think it had something to do with the longer bumpers due to American regulations for IS300 but I could be wrong.

Cheers!
Please correct if I?m wrong, so if my lexus is200 have oem HID there's no problem to fit USDM headlights?

I am assuming you are referring to an AUS IS200. Besides needing some mods to the mounting points on the car, the USDM headlights will aim to the wrong side of the road.
