We have found a supplier in Taiwan - should be able to supply set of 4 x 7000K CCFL halo rings plus ballasts for $199+gst. If we can get a group buy going of at least 5 sets or more might be able to offer an even better price :-)

I don't see why not - might not be legal, but again, I don't see why not ;)
I can't see there being any issues with the film coming off because of the heat of the light or anything, but it'd be a b%#ch to apply! I struggle with flat windows!
Maybe try spray tint?

Has anyone tried getting into the rear lights at all? I would like to get into mine for a paint job - but fear they might not be glued as the fronts seem to be... I have some DEPO aftermarket tail lights that I ended up using a dremmel and cutting disc to get into - which caused quite a bit of damage (luckily i dont need to re-use these lights as they were for the sedan anyhow).

I have also been chatting with someone in Japan who informs me he had to use a plastic cutter to get into his rear Gita lights....
