Very sad news, one of the best without a doubt, one of the Dons main men, laked in every outfield position and did a grand job whichever position he was asked to fill without moaning, not particularly skilful but had grace and elegance and alarming pace.
RIP big fella, thanks for t'memories.

one of the unsung hero's of Dons great team, was good enough to play in any position and for any other team in the country but stayed loyal. If only we had players in todays team with half is class. RIP Paul thanks for the memories

there’s a great write up about him in today’s mirror , I don’t know how to put it on here but if anyone else can please do . It’s full of praise for him and his loyalty to Leeds , home town boy one club man , what we’d give for some of that now

Fuck the mirror wankers done nowt but slag us off since 70's with squealer ball and any old muck they could make up, wouldn't wipe my arse on it n'eer mind read the thing.
Also non of todays overpaid bunch of tossers not fit to wear t'shirt could lace Paul Madeleys boots.

You need to calm down mate , I said it’s a good write up about Paul madeley and it’s worth a read . If I remember rightly there wasn’t a daily or Sunday paper that wrote anything good about us in the 70’s and we loved it
