Don't keep us in suspense either spend some dosh or fuck off.
Its no coincidence villa, cardiff & boro, 3 big spenders along with fulham & norwich with parchute payments are up there, sunderland & qpr have ballsed it up concerning parachute payments (£60 million over 3 seasons) wolves have spent a lot especially on loan wages and maybe dodgy dealings ? but who cares , they're promoted with no investigation.
What chance have we got next season and infact well beyond if we don't speculate to accumulate ?? The 3 teams coming down will all have better spending power and no doubt better pulling power regards squad additions, ok they might have to crop their current squads especially wage bills but it won't be near the £ 15000 max we pay.
Yet ANOTHER wasted season, one many of us could see what would happen, and, IF, we don't drastically improve our squad by at least 5/6 seasoned pro's used to this division  I predict now it will be business as usual.
Some will be happy languishing mid-table but I won't.
So, Rads, as DG said recently, show some ambition.

It's coming to something when a club like Salford fucking City are showing more ambition than us. They have just appointed a proven league manager on a 4 year contract and about to sign a striker on 4k a week wages - above the league 1 average - for their first season in the conference. And there will be more to come in their ambitious plans to get league football.

Yet we average 25k per week and end up taking a punt on unknown foreign players or unproven kids who are then loaned out or nowhere near the first team.

For once, please sign some proven journeymen Championship players who know what it takes to compete in the league.

I for one will never be satisfied with mid table obscurity, but am also realistic enough to see that last season we finished as high as could be expected with the squad that we had.

So Radz, you've had time to get to know the club, the country and the championship, so this season we are all expecting a preseason that gives the manager a squad of players that allows him to compete without the need to perform miracles just to be close to the top 6. Good recruitment will give us the best chance in years to get promoted as the relegated teams aren't too strong neither are those coming up, and if Villa go up the best 2 teams and the best manager in the league have gone along with a big club in Sunderland, so this year could be the best chance.

But it's a guaranteed fail if we persist with the current recruitment policy. Show some balls and go for a John Terry type marquee signing like Villa did. Rather spend money on someone like that than 3 unknown European players who are more likely to bomb than to succeed. Get the fans excited and get the football world talking about us.

Ridsdales brash attempt to buy us trophies that had huge highs and a catastrophic end or 10 years of 14th in the Championship? PR for me every time.

I think we spent more than Cardiff though, but they invested in the tried and tested Colin, who knows exactly what it takes to get a team promoted. And they bought predominantly from the English leagues. We should learn from them.

This is the same narrative that's been going on post Risdale. The club has just been stagnated for well over a decade various shysters manipulating the fan base, empty promises and so on.

Well there is one solution - stop fucking going.

Paying crooks to rip you off week in week out, by far the most deluded set of fans on the planet. Shafted for 15 years andno lessons learnt - only could ever happen at a club like this.
