Hi i know how to make gif through adobe imageready but i dont have it program with me. so is there another way that doesnt need to install? i wanna make gifs from videos in youtube and other sites?

for downloading youtube videos you can use keepvid.com !
then i would recommend animation shop 3 <- great program for gifs editing.
what's more... hm... for converting videos from mp4 or flac for example, easy to use is any video converter (yes this is the name of program]! it also downloads youtube videos, and you can make mp3 from the video with 320kbs!!!

the easiest way to make gifs: photoshop.
All you need is a video downloaded from youtube in .mp4 format and Quicktime installed on your computer (photoshop uses QT to open .mp4 videos)
You'll find many helpful tutorials 'how to make a gif using photoshop' on youtube (:
Making gifs is enjoyable since I started using PS.
